Carers Group

Caring for Carers

The Group is for those who are caring for a relative or friend who has an illness, dementia or a disability and meets on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Wednesday of each month (excluding January).

The group provides information, referrals and support in a friendly, and relaxed atmosphere, plus guest speakers covering a range of topics.

There are also regular Art and Wellbeing sessions, a  program that offers a unique opportunity to explore creativity while focusing on personal wellbeing.

Bookings essential. Call 9978 4119.
