Carers Group

Caring for Carers

The Group is for those who are caring for a relative or friend who has an illness, dementia or a disability and meets every Wednesday morning from 10am till 12pm.

The group provides information, referrals and support in a friendly, and relaxed atmosphere, plus weekly guest speakers covering a range of topics.

There are also regular Art and Wellbeing sessions, tailored specifically for those who dedicate themselves to caregiving roles. This program offers a unique opportunity to explore creativity while focusing on personal wellbeing.
