Qi Gong Term 3

Qigong is a gentle way of exercising the whole body - and in calming and relaxing our body and mind. Master Simon Blow instructs and demonstrates the exercise, as you follow along on the big screen. The exercises include movements for stretching and balancing, all aid in muscle tone and joint mobility.
