Monday Yoga
Join Margaret North for a yoga class leading students to balance through movement, breath and relaxation practices. There is a strong focus on safety, modifications and variations. The class is taught to suit all body types and abilities-from beginners to more advanced. BYO Yoga mat.
Please note that due to the additional public holiday introduced this year, term two will be a 9 week term for classes that fall on a Monday. All costs have been adjusted to account for this.
