Carers' Group: Cafe and Connection

Our Carers' Group is for those who are caring for a relative or friend who has an illness, dementia or a disability.

Join us on the Seniors Centre balcony for our monthly Carers' Cafe and Connection. A relaxed space to share a cuppa, connect with others who care, and take a moment for yourself.

A little more about the Carers' Group

This workshop is part of our Carers' Group monthly program. We run three different Carers' Group sessions each month:

• Week 1: Carers' Cafe
• Week 2: Workshops and Information Sessions
• Week 3: Creative Caregivers

You're welcome to join one, two, or all three - whatever suits you best!
