Balmoral Burn

On Sunday 24 May 2026, Sydney will celebrate 25 years of its steepest charity challenge as the community returns to Awaba Street, Mosman for the Humpty Dumpty Balmoral Burn. The iconic 420-metre climb has become a rite of passage for runners, families, schools and workplaces, with every step helping fund vital, often lifesaving medical equipment for hospitals across Australia.

With races for all ages, from competitive runners to first-timers there’s something for everyone, including novelty events like the Celebration Run and the much-loved Run Baby Run. More than just a challenge, it’s a vibrant morning of community, colour and purpose by Balmoral Beach.
