A Nia mindful movement class is a non-judgmental, all ages, all fitness levels practice.

The low-impact movements are designed to sustainably condition your body while encouraging the joy of movement to lift your spirit. It just feels good to move, to dance!
Each Nia class has easy-to-follow, fun movements to music. It truly doesn't matter if you have two left feet :)

Nia is great for mind and body integration, and learning to cultivate ease with your body, while building strength and flexibility.
