Shadow Puppets – School Holiday Workshop (Ages 9–13)
Back in the day when TV and computers didn’t exist, people used white sheets for screens and made their own version of TV with shadow puppets!
In this workshop, you will make your own articulated shadow puppet which means you can make your puppet move parts of its body.
When you’ve finished you will have an opportunity to use the shadow puppet screen to perform a shadow puppet play!
Artist Jane Gillings. Ages 9–13. All materials are supplied and children will take home their projects.
