Monday Matters - Anne Gately's 'Sunburnt'

Anne Gately is an author, keynote speaker and a senior marketing leader. In 2018 Anne was diagnosed with Stage IV melanoma and was given a prognosis of 12-24 months. Fortunately for her, she responded extremely well to immunotherapy treatment under the care of Professor Georgina Long (2024 Australian of The Year) and just 97 days after diagnosis she was clear of cancer.

Not content to have just survived, Anne wants to bring about structural change, particularly within sport and the media, and inspire all Australians to protect themselves from the sun through sunconscious living practices.
