Lifeline Connect

Lifeline Connect is a free, drop-in space to talk with a trained Lifeline supporter - no appointment, referral or Medicare card needed.

You don’t need to be in crisis to come along. Lifeline Connect is for anyone feeling overwhelmed, stressed, lonely, or going through a tough time, and no issue is too big or too small. You’ll be listened to without judgement, and supporters can also help you find other local services if that’s useful.

Free drop-in sessions, every Friday from 2–4pm, no bookings required.
