Our Carers' Group is for those who are caring for a relative or friend who has an illness, dementia or a disability.

Join us for a workshop on pelvic floor health with Monique from Bain Physio - designed to support carers with practical, empowering information.

This workshop is part of our Carers' Group monthly program. We run three different Carers' Group sessions each month:

• Week 2: Workshops and Information Sessions
• Week 3: Creative Caregivers
