Our Carers' Group is for those who are caring for a relative or friend who has an illness, dementia or a disability.

This workshop is part of our Carers' Group monthly program. We run three different Carers' Group sessions each month:

• Week 2: Workshops and Information Sessions
• Week 3: Creative Caregivers You're welcome to join one, two, or all three
