Older people often face various changes and losses in life, such as loss of independence, health challenges, or the loss of a partner or loved one. Over 4 weekly sessions you will build the knowledge and skills necessary to strengthen the social and emotional wellbeing needed when dealing with significant life changes. Allowing for the development of communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
