Gentle Exercise Classes

Low impact exercise (no jumping) which include cardiovascular, toning and flexibility segments. Low complexity movements including some seated exercise. For people new to exercise or getting back into it.

Tuesdays: 9.15am – 10.15am and 10.30am – 11.30am

Thursdays: 9.15am – 10.15am and 10.20am – 11.20am
