Gentle Exercises Classes, every Tuesday and Thursday.

Low impact exercise (no jumping) which includes cardiovascular, toning and flexibility segments. Low complexity movements including some seated exercise. For people new to exercise or getting back into it.

NOTE: this activity is now held at Mosman Bowling Club

Tuesdays 9.15am-10.15am and 10.30am-11.30am
Thursdays 9.15am-10.15am and 10.20am-11.20am

First class FREE.
