Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a slow form of exercise that is based on martial arts but oriented mostly towards health and well being with a focus on breathing, coordination and relaxation.

Mondays at 9.00am-10.00am for level 1 and 10.15am-11.15am for beginners Tai Chi.
