ANZAC Day Lunch
ANZAC Day is the day on which we remember all Australians who served and died in war and on operational service. The spirit of Anzac, with its qualities of courage, mateship, and sacrifice, continues to have meaning and relevance for our sense of national identity.
We will be closed on ANZAC Day, Tuesday 25 April, as it is a public holiday but we will join together over a 3 course lunch on Friday 28 April. Ben Palumbo will capture the spirit of the ANZACs with his special blend of story-telling and song.
The menu is as follows:
- Potato & Leek Soup
- Spring Lamb Pie, Saute Potato, Green Beans, Honey Carrots
- Carrot & Walnut Pudding with Ricotta Cream
